Cons:
Hot to touch outer upper door! I have never been so disappointed by an appliance. Huge design flaw. The whole cooktop heats up to nearly 175. (We checked it with a thermometer) The front door vents out at the top of the door and heats as hot as the oven. My kids (3 and 6) could easily get burned on this oven... I am sending it back and currently in disagreement with Sears at Bayshore Mall in Milwaukee. They want to charge a 15% restocking fee because when their service technician came out, he said it was normal! We were never told. If you have a laminate countertop, it would surely ruin the glue and therefore the counter. DONT GET IT! Ours also cooks unevenly in the upper oven and I would not be able to bake a cake in it. The technician left the manual out and said there are some things you shouldn't cook in the upper oven. Holy Moly... Lots of things they don't tell you. Ask about these things before you buy it.
