Pros:
very powerful, picks up pet hair |
| Cons:
none This is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned. Very powerful suction picks up even stubborn pet hair and dirt. I own a border collie whos hair gets deep in the carpet, and this vacuum picked it up so easily. This vacuum is well worth the price! I recommend it to anyone who has indoor dogs, you will love it.

Pros:
Easy to push, lightweight, has all I need |
| Cons:
seems clunky but I bought a 5 yr warranty I didn't have the money to spend much more than I did on this vacuum and this appeared to be the best value for the money. Then I got it home and put it to work. It "glides" and doesn't require a lot of pushing so it is good for my bad back. With three dogs and a cat, the attachments allow me to dust and not have hair just go everywhere. I can use the attachments and suck up the hair, dander, and dust on anything from my blinds to my furniture. I can follow up with a little furniture polish and I'm done. I have wood and tile floors throughout the house and it does a great job at cleaning the floors, as well as the rugs. I did read that these type do not last but a couple of years and to spend more money for a vacuum that would last a lifetime. Best Buy offered a full warranty on the entire unit for $20 so I figured it will pay for itself in two years or more if I start to have problems. It does appears kind of clunky in some places and the attachments are either falling out or hard to get out. I can deal with it though for its cleaning power.

Pros:
Longer hose to reach stairs |
| Cons:
Clogs, clogs, clogs This did not meet my expectations. I have two big dogs that shed. The furniture brush is a big disappointment. The hair gets wound around the revolving brissles and they stop moving. My husband had to take the brush apart to get the hair out. Next time I used it, the same thing happened. The bottom filter of the vaccum gets clogged very easily -- the pet hair does NOT go through that filter, and to unclog the vacuum, you have to remove that filter. When you remove the filter, it makes a huge mess, and I have to use ANOHTER vacuum to clean up the mess! Unfortunately I went back to using my Phantom Brand vacuum and this one is sitting in the closet.

Just about everything about it Did not come close to meeting my expectations. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and really needed this $180 vacuum to do the trick, but it failed me. Really horrible on my tile and wood floors. Would not recommend this produce! My $50 Bissell picks up 100 times better!
