When your needs don't require a 900 Series slicer, but volume extends beyond the economy models, this series fits the bill. With their large product tables and 14 in. knives, as well as the spacious receiving platter, they can handle most foods, including oversized products. They're well-suited to your convenience operation, large deli or catering operation, or small supermarket chain. Choose the 829A Manual Gravity Feed Slicer or the 839A Automatic Gravity Feed Slicer with 1-speed, automatic carriage. Standard Features : Finish is stainless steel and sanitary anodized aluminum. 45° product table. 1-Speed, 1/2 HP motor. Nominal 14 in. (350 mm) diameter; hollow ground, hardened and polished forged chromium-plated carbon steel knife. Built-in, non-removable, top-mounted, two stone knife sharpener with single lever, dual-action system. Permanent, tapered knife ring guard covers non-slicing portion of knife even when the center plate is removed; ring guard design provides more room behind the knife for easy cleaning. One year limited warranty coverage of all parts, service and travel, excluding wear items.
