For added strength, the heavy cotton twill outer shell is constructed like a box - with top, bottom and side panels - not like a pillow as other futons. We crown each from across the middle with several pounds of extra cotton top and bottom for extra comfort and support. With more densely packed h cotton inside than any other a Gold Bond wiii retain its firmness, loftiness and support long after the competition falls flat. The cotton batting and foam, is pre-compressed under :maximum pressure while the tufts are installed, ensuring lasting firmness and durability. Double-stitched seams won't split or unwind. With two layers of solid 2 in. foam, our popular double-foam core features maximum resiliency and cushioning.
