Cons:
pump doesn't work, won't spin Our new washer, less than 3 months old is a pain in the butt. Sometimes it won't drain or spin. It's sitting downstairs, right now, full of clothes, and water, with the door locked, and won't do anything. GE can't send a repairman for over a week!!
Save yourself the headache, and avoid this BS!!!

never worked Bought this machine from Bernies Inc. The thing never worked. I had to wait over a week for a repair person to come and look at it. The computer board needed replacement. The repair person told me its a common problem with GE. I had a cheap top loader for over 10 years and never had a problem. When you buy an expensive item like this, ask about the return policy and get it in writing. Things aren't built like they used to be, and Bernies wouldn't return the machine. They referred me to GE for the warranty service. what a huge mistake i made.
