came damaged. clock doesn't keep time. I thought a $400 portable air conditioner would be more substantial than this. It was damaged in transit, and the little wheels were broken when I opened the box. The vent hose that came with it is short, and does not reach the vent I have for it. I'm disappointed in this purchase. I should have just put it back in the box and mailed it back and selected a name brand I know- like Whirlpool.
