Broken in less than a year

Pros:  very convenient to have a small oven without having a tacky toaster oven around

Cons:  Touchpad BROKEN, as I have explained. This is a nice looking, generously sized microwave/convection combo oven. The turntable holder is very shabbily made though being nothing but thin, cheap plastic. It would break if you looked at it crosseyed. Still it is a fairly nice oven.

The worst thing is that I have had it less than a year and several of the touchpad buttons have ceased to work. It started with one button, now four don't work, so obviously it is a progressive "disease" with this model. It is too expensive an appliance to be replaced once a year and I don't think it bodes well for the future of the rest of the oven. Very disappointed in Sears.
