Cons:
Wish the head was easier to remove We bought this vac about a week ago and I dont think I could be more pleased with it. I was looking for a good vacuum under $200 and am so happy with our choice. We were replacing a Hoover that we paid around $300 for. We've only had it for a couple of years. NOT worth the money. I'm not sure if this vacuum is listed as self propelling, but it is. You turn it on and it immediately begins to propel across the floor. The suction is great. Honestly, I didnt realize that my floors looked so dirty until I vacuumed with this one when I first brought it home. We purchased it from a Sears store, and for just an extra $30, we got a 2 yr warranty from Sears that covers any repairs that needs to be made and once a year, Sears will service the vacuum for you. Then at the end of the 2 yrs, you can renew the warranty. I like knowing that for the next 2 years, I dont have to worry at all about paying for repairs or a new vacuum. Oh, and FYI, all the vacuums in this series have the same motor. You just pay for which bells and whistles you want. My only compaint about this vac is that I wish the power head was easier to remove when you want to use the wand. But I will say that it's probably no more difficult than any other canister vac, it's just been years since I've used anything but an upright so I probably just need to get used to it. I love my vacuum so much I look for reasons to use it, and better yet, my kids even love using it! Thanks, Kenmore, for a great vacuum at a great price.
