Cons:
instruction booklet has mistaken instructions the bonjour combo thermometer is the best kitchen gadget I have ever used! the thermometer features many different modes, a pinpoint laser function, and a backlit lcd function. All of which are very useful in the kitchen. It has a very impresive range of around
-76 degrees to 930 degrees,meaning it can measure all kitchen temperatures. It also has a flip out swivel thermometer probe for internal temperatures of food, meaning I never have to worry about undercooked or overcooked food. It can measure in celcius and ferinheit temperatures and adjustable emassivity. It runs off two AAA batteries which gives it a 14 hour battery life, with a feature that shows when the battery is low. It also has aauto shut off to conserve battery life and charts on the thermometer for surface and internal temperature guides. It is acurate and qaulity built to last for years to come. since it is a non contact thermometer no clean up is necessary but since the probe is contact it can be cleaned with a spray bottle sanitizer of 1 cup of water and 1/4 a teaspoon of bleach. Simply spray on a towel and wipe it down and let dry. The only thing I found frustrating was the instruction booklet. it says to enable the lcd or laser function hold down mode and press the arrow keys where instead you are actually supposed to hold the trigger and the arrow keys. Its design is compact and sexy. I found it to be very useful and this makes me consider buying other bonjour products.
