Pros:  none

Cons:  only worked 1 month I bought this for my 11-year-old daughter. After the 1st month the charged battery only lasted for about 10 minutes. I contacted the warranty/service company. I was told it was the battery. Looked everywhere in town, no place carried the battery. Finally ordered it from Razor. Recd battery several weeks later and still only lasted about 10 minutes on a full charge. Contacted warranty/service company and went around and around with them. Finally they sent out a part for the control box. Received it and it was the wrong connectors. Both had male ends. Needed one with female ends. Had to send it back plus our original part so they could RIG the 2 together to make it work. When we received it back, still didn't work. Told by warranty/service that it was the battery. Took the new battery to have it tested and the battery from Razor was indeed BAD. Have waited for weeks and battery still not in stock. Went ahead and purchased new batteries 45 miles from my house and still not working properly. Called warranty/service company and they told me that now my warranty had expired and they couldn't help me any longer. I have had the run around for months and did everything they said and still have the same problem and now it is too late and they refused to do anything further. I am out $200.00 for the Pocket Mod and another $120.00 for the batteries and still not able to ride it for longer then 10 minutes.

Pros:  Cute, has my daughters name on it

Cons:  Doesn't work worth a nickel...... Bought 1st one 3/07 for my daughter Isabella's B-day from Toys R Us had to take the display b/c none were found @ any of the stores. Worked great after initial charge but once it was time to recharge after 1st use, the battery would not charge. I figured it was b/c it was the display and had been on the shelf too long. Toys r us took it back w/o any problems!! Bought 2nd one 11/07 from WalMart. The 1st time my daughter rode it, I noticed her pushing it up the sidewalk and asked her what was wrong and she said, "watch", it went so slow she couldn't even guide it well. Once she got up the sidewalk 2-3 houses up, it came down @ a decent speed. The incline on the sidewalk is so minor it isn't even visible w/ the naked eye. So I called RAZOR customer support and was told that the "new" version has only one speed vs. the previous version having a multi-speed throttle. In other words, less powerful. They said the change was made for safety reasons. In my opinion the change made it worse. It's bad enough that the riding time is so low, if they spend 1/2 there time pushing it around, it's just not worth it!!! It's going back to WalMart this weekend and we are done w/ RAZOR products!!!!
