Three third size / 2.6 quart stainless steam pans plus two half size / 4.3 quart stainless steam pans (2-1/2 in. deep), all pans with clear polycarbonate lids, two stainless steam pan holders, and warming tray base. Clear lids have slots for utensils. Each steam pan holds over 30 four oz. servings. Stainless top removable; can use base as warming tray. Extra-large 41-1/4 in. x 14 in. warming surface.
