Pros:  couldn't find any

Cons:  not enough space to list The following account is what my husband and I experienced with our Affinity washer and the opinions stated are our own personal opinion.

My husband and I were starting our American dream. We were expecting our first child when we purchased our first home. We bought our first washer and dryer, a Frigidaire Affinity front loader. Since April of last year we've had to replace it not once, but twice. That is right, we are on our third washer in less then 1 year. Unfortunately, we are unable to afford to purchase any other type of washer at this time. Frigidaire only gave us credit on what we already spent.
When we contacted Frigidaire about our dissatisfaction with their product they told us that they stand behind their products, but refused to take responsibility for our now 6 months old sons clothes that molded because our washer was broken and a laundry mat is not in our backyard. They did not feel they were not liable for the clothes molding and would not give us any money towards replacing them. One item of clothing was the suit my son was baptized in.
We asked for an extended warranty and they would not grant us that either unless we purchased it. I told them if they stood behind their product and it didn't break down then giving us a warranty would not cost them anything. We were still denied a warranty. My family is a victim of Frigidaire.
