Cons:
Impossible to figure out, uneven cooking, tiny, extremely confusing We moved into a new apartment where the Electrolux Icon is the only oven. It has been a nightmare thus far. First, the interior cavity is tiny and not even big enough for a cookie sheet. Next, we have struggled with the controls and can't seem to get the thing to do what we want. Finally, the cooking has been extremely variable and we have yet to get the results we'd expect.
My advice: skip this oven and get something more functional.

| Cons:
none for now Best oven I have ever used...whether its been Viking or Jenn-Air or whatever, this oven wins hands down. I have been cooking professionally for over 20 years now and love this thing in my house. I even cheat sometimes and cook @ home and bring it to the restaurant for the staff. They can tell difference right away. You won't be sorry on this guy.
