| Cons:
doesn't work I have bought the drink for a drug test for employment and used it as instructed. The product failed and needless to say I did not get the job. For heavy smokers, I would suggest the 7 day detox. That actually works.

Cons:
can't eat much before taking, and can't be a heavy smoker. I've used Q Carbo several times now, I have to because My job "tests" us alot. At least once a month. I'm not what you would call a "heavy" smoker. about 2 - 3 times a week.
So far, when I know I'll be tested, I've passed it with the help of Q Carbo. But I do have to tell the tester that I take vitamins, because it turnes my urine a bright yellow.
Bottom line is.....
If you know you're going to be tested in over an hour, but before 6 hours, do like the directions say, drink the bottle, refill it with water, and drink that within an hour, and you're set to pass the test for 5 to 6 hours afterward. IT'S NEVER FAILED ME.
