needs more coffee, hot chocolate, and tea choices We bought this for my 81 year old grandmother, because of her love for coffee. She has bad arthritis and its hard for her to brew coffee. This coffee maker is the best solution!

Dealing with Tassimo, see below. Do not buy the Tassimo machine.The Beverage system itself it actually a decent item. The problem lies with the Tassimo company. I purchased the Tassimo maker last year and use it often. Certain discs are impossible to find in stores so you are forced to deal with Tassimo directly. Tassimo as a company policy initially double charges you for your order. They feel this is a measure to insure your debit/credit card card is valid or has enough funds. I had issues with this on many levels so I made a complaint with Tassimo (I don't think this is even legal). I spoke with three different people which gave me three different answers. They also cannot tell you when your product was shipped and/or order information. I was very disappointed with the company. A supervisor was supposed to contact me but never did. On top of that I never received my discs. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle, purchase another brand. It's ashame that Braun is stuck with the Tassimo brand because I love their products. Giant thumbs down!

Wish more coffee would be available like at grocery stores Overall this is a fantastic machine. It met all of my expectations and then some. I was only making this each morning before work, but then I got hooked on having a cup of expresso each evening.

Cons:
a little noisy Love that it has Gevallia coffee available for it.
Also t-disc are available in local grocery store and home delivery. Love the latte milk packs, gourmet coffee for less then coffee shop and at home.

Cons:
Need more variety in local stores/markets, and bit lound during brewing. This coffee machine is the best invention by the Braun. It makes a very tasty and fast cup of coffee, latte, teas and more. I love how easy is to use and how quick you get a great cup of coffee in the a.m. Plus, no mess. I love it!
Please bring Tassimo T-Discs to more local stores such as: Target, Publix, Wal-Mart...

get one teaspoon of coffee grounds in each cup Do you like coffee grounds in your coffee? If not, do not buy this machine. Sent first machine in for repair. They sent me a NEW one to replace it. The second (and everyone after) cup of coffee I made had the grounds in it. Very disappointing. Spent good chunk of money on this and now I can only keep getting new machines that do the same thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can be a little loud I love this machine!!!!!! I had a K-cup and hated that thing only could do coffee and tea. Tassimo is awesome, you can make everything form coffee to tea and everything in between. Cannot buy the t-discs in mianstream outlets like Shaw's or Stop n Shop BUT order them online w/ free shipping! I love this machine so much that I am buying one for the office.
If you love cooffe and Lattes' you are going to love this machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
