Pros:  looks good and light

Cons:  no traction, no support i play competitive softball (shorstop) all over the bay area. i had some adidas cleats before these that broke after about a year. i bought these thinking i would like something a little lighter, but with supposedly the same traction. let me tell you they are a HUGE LETDOWN.
if youre a power hitter, these are nice because they are flat enough to plant in the box well (I homered on the first at-bat).
however, i generally like to play the speed game (the rest of the game, situations said to hit for the spray hit and leg out a double) and these were useless for that- can't hit the corners hard and guaranteed slip out of the box (if youre running hard).

my opinion...if you have a decent amount of speed and like to play that type of running game, don't get these...go with the traditional cleats...get some plastics NOT rubber junk.
