Pros:  easy to use, great picker-upper

Cons:  a bit noisy, brush keeps spinning when using attachments This is a great little vacuum. I use it at my beach condo and it really picks stuff up - bit and small. It's a bit noisy but for the price it does a great job. I have a $400 vacuum at my primary home that is not as effective at this, I am thinking of buying another of these to replace it. You can see you've used it and it really brought back up the pile on the carpet.

Pros:  Everything

Cons:  Nothing I have gone through so many vacuums lately and have exchanged them all. I finally got so frustrated that I decided to steer away from the bagless models with the fancy attachments and go with a sturdy bagged model. I picked up the Hoover Tempo and fell in love. This is POWER! The suction is unbelievable, including the hose! I have 4 kids under the age of 6 and 2 dogs, not to mention my house is 2600 square feet split into 4 levels; all carpet. So I vacuum the whole house 2 times a day. This vacuum will not disapoint. Amazing. Incredible. Terrific. Perfect. I LOVE IT~!

Pros:  good suction, works great, inexpensive

Cons:  not any I can think of I replaced a sucky bagless after doing research online for a new vacuum. I found this one to be good and in my price range and went to buy it. I haven't had any disappointments at all. It cleans nicely and has great suction.

great sweeper, not ergonomic

Pros:  good suction.

Cons:  hose too short, wrong placement, can't wrap cord This is a fine sweeper. Great suction, but the hose is too high and too short. It knocks over the sweeper and you can't reach upper woodwork or on top of the entertainment center or pictures to dust them. You will run over the cord as it comes out of the bottom and does not have a clip up higher to keep it out of the way. You can't really wrap the cord up either as it routes through all the hoses. I'm a guy and all these little things drive me nuts. My wife loves it though. Bottom line is it is cheap in price and will clean the carpet well.

Hoover Tempo problems

Pros:  Price relative and power

Cons:  Already replaced drive belts twice True, this is an inexpensive unit, but I do find it unacceptable that I had to relace the drive belt two times already. The last time I threw a breaker when I turned it back on. I will have to take apart and re-asemble to find the problem. I am going to go with a Eureka model next time.
