| Cons:
poor customer service and quality I bought this flashlight almost 1 year ago now for $120.00. I loved the light until about 3 months ago when the flashlight would not charge anymore. I contacted the company Emissive Energy Corp./INOVA, who stated to just send the flashlight back and they would exchange it. Well I waited approximately 5 weeks for the replacement. The very first time I attempted to use the light, it would not work. I tapped the end of the light and it flickered on and off. I sent the replacement flashlight back. Another 5 weeks later, I received the new replacement yesterday. Same problem as the last replacement. Have emailed and attempted to call company today with no responses. I would not recommend buying this light. Too much money for an unreliable flashlight.
