Water never works We just had this product installed 9/15/2006 and it has been serviced 4 times. The water line keeps freezing and the water dispenser and ice maker won't work. The housing on the water filter also cracks each time. I have contacted the manufacturer and they won't replace the product. I have turned down the temp control and my eggs and vegatables still freeze inside the refrigerator. I am at a loss as to what to do besides let everyone that I can know what problems I have had.

Cons:
no customer service The following is the account of our washer problems and our personal opinions. Our first washer had a bad door. The latch, door and front panel was replaced. This did not fix the problem. The machine was declared nonrepairable and Frigidaire contacted Best Buy to have it replaced. The second washer had control panel and pump problems. The machine was declared nonrepairable and Frigidaire contacted Best Buy to have it replaced. This process (the second time) took almost 4 weeks from beginning to now. I had to do all the contacting to Frigidaire to try to speed up the process. In the meantime, I was unable to wash our clothes until my days off (my husband and I work over 100 hours a week between the two of us). Our clothes were molding before we could wash them. I had to throw away my son's Baptism suit among other clothes. When we finally got our third washer in less then a year, I contacted Frigidaire. You see, they only give you store credit on what you already spent. We had no choice then to pick the exact same model because we can't afford anything else. Frigidaire felt they were not responsible for the clothes that had to be thrown away and when asked about extending our warranty, they denied that also. They told us that they stand behind their products. We feel that if they stood behind their products then they should grant us an extended warranty because if they made quality products we would not have any other issues and they would not accure anymore expenses. They still denied us a warranty. This will be the last Frigidaire product we will ever own.
