Pros:  really strong suction...but too strong for my wool/silk area rugs

Cons:  customer service is awful. too strong for my wool/silk area rugs i called and ordered a hepa filter, which I was charged for - but they sent me a pre-filter and refuse to send me the hepa filter...honestly, my dogs are more helpful. if you need customer service, dont plan on calling on Dyson.?They will ignore you!
