Cons:
weight This drill has been really amazing. It is comperable if not better than the Dewalt 18v hammerdrill (I've used both). Most professional cordless drill reviews give the Milwaukee the edge (yet the Milwaukee is $40 cheaper).
It has tons of torque, great cutting speed, great battery life
