Pros:
Great suction, at first |

| Cons:
lasted a few months I was really pleased with this vacuum at first. It seemed to have good suction and power. The hand tool was a great idea but didnt work well enough for stairs. But it lasted less than a year before I had to replace it.

Pros:
It shows the dirt it gets |
| Cons:
nothing I had a neighbor that was moving away and for some reason she didn't want the WindTunnel. So I ask her if I could have it. So I went and got the filters I needed. And I been using it all the time.I love to see what it has done.I Love it. I've got a Rainbow and a Kirby 5 and I still get the WindTunnel out. I just got my father one for his birthday. You now how men like to clean ! And he said it was nice he don't have to mess with bags or get them any more. My son owns one and he said his kids like to watch the dirt go around. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THINGS EASIER AND LESS COSTLY.

Pros:
Good-looking, suction is good |
| Cons:
Everything else The suction tube is mounted several inches off the floor, and the machine tips over when you use it. Extension rods fall off the machine as you roll it back and forth. The small cap the hose fits into broke off and it is not covered by the warranty. It is impossible to reach anyone at the Hoover Company - there's just a dead-end phone menu. I ordered an extension hose and it took weeks to arrive. Amazing to imagine that an old, reliable company puts out such a poorly-designed, badly-built product.
