Pros:
It's white and fits under a shelf on the counter |

Cons:
lots I can't believe Black & Decker put this product on the marker with all the problems it has. When I bought it, I only noticed it would fit under a shelf, and thought it was a conventional coffee pot. Well, beside the clock not having a light, the lid is hard to turn. It leaks puddles when you pour the coffee. If you're not real careful, you'll find an ocean of coffee and grounds all over the counter top. When you pull the caraff out, the entire basket of coffee grounds will follow it out. This could be a good product, but should have never been put out for sale with the problems it has.

| Cons:
MAKES A HUGE MESS!!! This coffemaker is only practical as eye candy in your kitchen. If you dont seat the carafe against the back of the coffee maker, you will awake to coffee and grinds everywhere. The product has a habit of overflowing the basket and letting grinds into the carafe. I would not recommend this product to a single person and I am in the process of contacting Black & Decker. This product burned my pregnant wife and continues to perform poorly. Buyers Beware. Not worth the $70 I paid.

Horrible It has to be nearly turned upside down to get the coffee to come out and then it's just a slow trickle. However, I've noticed there is a new spacesaver 12 cup (not thermal) Black and Decker that I'm gonna try

Pros:
Makes good coffee, Off counter more room |
|
|
|
| Cons:
Leaks badly when pooring (I repaired this problem) To repair the leaking problem, remove the lid and you will see the thread groves on the pot where the lid screws down. Take a small file and remove 1"of thread grove nearest the spout on both sides. Just file it off and replace the top. This will solve the leaking and driping problem. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!

MANY My old Black and Decker wore out, so bought this one, not knowing it wouldn't keep your coffee hot. Can't pour a cup of coffee without leaving a puddle of coffee on the counter. I've only had it 2 years. Got up this morning tried making a cup of coffee and the darn thing won't come on, and I tried a different outlet. Not worth the money you pay for it.

Pros:
Makes Good Coffee |
|
|
|
| Cons:
Doesn't keep coffee warm, bad pour spout The Black and Decker Spacesaver Coffee Maker was a total disappointment. It doesn't keep coffee warm after you make it and you have to take the lid entirely off to pour from it unless you enjoy watching coffee trickle slowly into a cup. Black and decker won't even take your complaint. They pass the buck to another company that makes it for them.

Leaks Only had a few months, installed it in my yacht and when I went to the kitchen it was full of smoke, the coffee maker burned up inside and it wasn't even on! I agree with every one of the other comments as well, I had all of the same problems.

THE WORSE COFFEE POT I have been told by a black & decker out let dealer that this is on call back. so why don't you have some where to beable to report yours so you can get yours on the call back. this has to the worse coffee pot ever made its very ease to get burned from the coffee that runs down pot while you poreing your coffee. BLACK & DECKER NEETES TO REPLACE WITH A NEW ONE WITH GLASS POT.
