Pros:  Great Design - Sweet Timer - Self Cleaning

Cons:  Space eater - cleaning fingerprints Ahhh nothing like a good cup of coffee to start the day or to sit down with a good book and just relax. This coffee maker rocks! Nice and big so when you have guests over for coffee you don't have to re-brew. This coffee maker has a great timer function that let's you set up to brew whenever you want. I usually set it to brew early in the morning so its ready when I get up. The thing shuts down after a few hours so it never burns. Also, gives you warnings when its shutting down or it needs to be cleaned. Only bad thing is having to clean the brushed metal for finger prints but that's not too much trouble. It looks so cool I don't mind cleaning the fingerprints. I would recommend this to any of my friends. Cuisinart seems like they are on the right track with small appliances.

Pros:  nice and aesthetic, makes good coffe

Cons:  carafes are fragile and each one is around 25bucks I would not purchase this model again because of the fragility of the carafes,I have already spent 75 bucks on the pots only, the unit is selling for 80 to a 100 bucks,
I could have purchased the whole unit by now with the amount I have spent on the cheaply made carafes.
Would be nice if they had a stainless one for the model

Ten dollars a month - won't brew!

Pros:  sleek, no mess pouring

Cons:  emblems wore off - brewing won't begin Filters are EXPENSIVE and it's a nightmare to keep shiny (stainless fingerprint mess as a rule now matter what you use to clean).

Nine months into purchase ($100 pricetag) it decided that it might or might not brew coffee when told.

Once I began talking about my experience, I learned that others w/cuisinart maker experienced same problem and that new model uses toggle switch rather than the dial switch which is apparently what's gone wrong with mine.

No where NEAR worth the outlandish price.

Pros:  Loved most all features, especially the size and settings.

Cons:  Occasionally overflows We have owned this coffee maker for about 6 months, and sometimes it overflows everywhere. Not fun to wake up to the mess. However, I think the problem is not replacing the pot on the burner securely toward the back and the release button does not engage, so it overflows from the top. Also do not use the gold filter, paper is better.

Pros:  Good Coffee

Cons:  Broke Ours broke after less than a year of use. maybe we didn't clean it enough. I don't know. All I know is that it broke down and we bought a new one. It was a rough week on the houseboat between the time this broke down and the new one arrived.

This is the coffee lovers paradise!

Pros:  The stainless steel is beautiful and gleaming. The temperatue gauge is really helpful if you are warming up the coffee after it was already brewed.

Cons:  There is nothing that I am disappointed with. I have been a Cuisinart fan for years and was happy to see this coffee maker at such a great price. I hesitated for a few months before actually purchasing it but was so glad when I received it and then further thrilled when I started using it. I would highly recommed this to anyone who appreciates good quality

Pros:  PRICE

Cons:  PRICE THIS COFFEE MAKER MAKES THE GREATEST COFFEE. I HAVE SPENT LITTLE MONEY ON COFFEE MAKERS IN THE PAST. I HAVE LEARN IF YOU WANT QUALITY YOU NEED TO SPEND A LITTLE MORE TO GET THAT QUALITY TASTE YOU ARE LOOKING IN YOUR COFFEE. THE PRICE IS NOT BAD TO INVEST. IT WILL LAST MORE THAN 2 WEEKS. I GUARANTEE U THAT. I LIKE THAT IT TELLS YOU WHEN IT IS SHUTTING DOWN AND THE CLEANING PART IS BREEZE.

Cuisinart not quite as good as Capresso

Pros:  Carafe that keeps coffee warm for hours

Cons:  must add coffee beans for each and every pot I have owned the Capresso model similar to this for about the past ten years. I didn't like that the coffe got "cooked" for two hours until the unit turned itself off. So, I tried the Cuisinart model. I REALLY love the carafe, but I hate that each and every time I want a pot of coffee, I have to add coffee beans. That truly is the only thing I don't like about it. It cleans up great after each use, is very easy to use and really keeps the coffee warm for hours. The Cuisinart was about 1/2 the price of the Capresso.

We won't buy another one like this

Pros:  Good features

Cons:  Terrible leaks We received this as a gift. After a time, it began leaking with every pot we brewed. We have taken to posting it on top of a dishtowel every night. But we're tired of that and have decided to replace it. We'll look for another product, not this one.

Pros:  Everything

Cons:  Absolutely nothing!!! Recieved as a wedding shower gift...my parents have had theirs for almost 3 years and agree that this is THE best machine on the market, as they have owned almost every brand.
