everything else ive been with alltel almost 6 months..i started out with this phone in grey and had to trade it 2 times which i have to exchange it agaian because like the other 2, it also has bad batterly life, is not durable, the letters on the keyboard stick, and the earpiece on the handset already went out(only had this particular one about a month). I have the grey color not turqoise but grey isnt on here. i would not reccomend it.
