Pros:
Great screen. Good for CAD work and watching movies |

Cons:
2 hours max battery life with screen dimmed. As for the con I almost always have mine plugged in and when I don't have an outlet available 2 hours is usually plenty.
The pros outweigh that though.
Everyone loves the 17" screen with it's glossy finish. The graphics are just as good as a decent desktop. I use OrCan and AutoCad a lot and it's perfect for that. When I see a standard 14" screen now I feel glad I'm not stuck with one of those.
It's heavy but you can't have everything. It's free exercise and when you get to your destination you'll be glad you have such a nice screen to work with.

don't really have any my only complaint was that best buy was out of the 17 inch one Love this laptop it's a great overall laptop we've had no complaints with it so far
