Cons:
Can't see any of my pictures This was give to me as a gift from my
daughter at Christmas. Due to being in
the military, she bought it well before
the holiday. When she came home we tried to use it but the screen had no
lighting. Even with the receipt, it
was not returnable because it was just past 90 days (The warranty period).
Upon calling Audiovox, after a 30 minute wait on hold, with an ensuing transfer to more unhelpful folks, we were told that because it was past the 90 days nothing could be done. So basically, this company does not stand by their product and this has been a BIG waste of time and money. Of course, my daughter feels badly that the Christmas gift was useless. I feel badly that she spent her hard earned money on this piece of junk. I will take this as a lesson to never buy anything from this company as they have proven that they abandon the problems that arise in their products. SHAME ON AUDIOVOX!
