Pros:
Beautifully Built & Functional, Bluetooth |

Cons:
Miss the Touch Screen, FAST Web I really resisted getting one for the longest time. My firm uses them, but I did not want to become a "Blackberry Drone" (as I fondly think of them)... I tried every way I could to get around it, but finally, I succumbed because I needed all-the-time access to my work e-mail. This PDA does everything it purports to do REALLY well. Ease of use is awesome, even without the touch screen (which I miss). I had the 8525, then the Tilt, a Palm Treo 650, 750, and the Sony Ericsson P9100. So far, this is the simplest, most elegant, of all. Really just depends on what you need your device to do, but I enjoy the heck outta this PDA!
