Good game, horrid support

Pros:  The game itself is fun, great

Cons:  IF you NEVER, EVER require in-game support. The game is wonderfully made, has lots of fun, unique quests. Has plenty of opportunities to group or solo play. The graphics are very good, the animations are mostly quite good, with the notable exception of elves (they seem to have a lazy eye and have an uncomfortable gait. However, I downgraded my score because the in-game support is so horrid it should never be used if you enjoy sanity. My personal experience left me hating the game company because of this one feature alone. If they can ever hire anyone with a slight degree of professionalism for support purposes, the game would be a definite must buy. As is, it is a modestly good buy due to game playability and all around good design, and if you know that support will NEVER be needed, please try the game. Oh, and crafting could use an overhaul, as nothing truly unique can be made.
