Cons:
Pop ups come up constantly & says I am out of ink. I love the printer's prformance. I have NO problem with the way it works. My problem is the software and the lack of knowlege from HP that can help me stop these pop up's to stop popping up.
I have wasted many hours of my time tring to communicate with HP.
My problem is when starting up my computer the HP file comes up from Explore. Also the Ink cartrige pop up says that I don't have any ink. And that pop up will come up in the middle of what ever I am doing about 4 or 5 times until finally it stops. They have a trouble shooting guide to contact them and I have done this hundreds of times to correct this problem. Need less to say I still have the problem.
One more thing to think about when you buy this machine make sure that you have enough room for it. It is very large and takes up a lot of desk top room.
Otherwise, it prints a professional picture.
