| Cons:
Doesn't have features advertised. Doesn't work I tried to use this software to design a 2nd floor addition to my ranch. I had trouble figuring out how to add stairs - help file was incorrect. When I did figure how to add them, the stairs were buggy and turned off the program several times without saving my work. The features are very limited - no Cape-style roofs, no dormers. I emailed for support and got no answer. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes. Tech support sent me to his supervisor and I got his vm. No help, no refund - really bad software and support. There were even mispellings on the program main page.
