Pros:  Small and thin, good graphics, great sound, leisure texting.

Cons:  I question this phones sturdiness. In other words, DONOT DROP IT. Today was the day that I recieved my new Samsung Blast.
It's definetly one of the neatest little phones I've ever owned.
I was pretty pleased with the Graphics, and the texting.
Thing's on the phone are pretty easy to get to and use.
I originally wanted a Sidekick 3, but I had heard that those have a lot of problems, and aren't as good as people would think.
Though I am still kind of wanting that Sidekick, I think this phone has got some potential and I'm going to give it a try.
I feel like I need to be so careful with this phone, the Samsung Blast! Hah. It's thin body and slider are most likely pretty delicate.
I don't want to take any chances on it breaking or anything.
I really liked the little sounds that it has.
My favorite feature of this phone would be the different sounds it makes when you push out the slider, and when you push it back in.

Pros:  Free

Cons:  Low Volume, Can NOT delete learned words in T9, Battery life is horrible I received this phone because I needed an upgrade from the Samsung T319 (famous phone for rebooting for no reasons at all).

Lets get what I hate over with:

Battery Life: at idle, it'll drop to half life in less than 24 hours. This is absolutely abysmal.

Phone Volume: too quiet, I'm not too fond of mashing the phone into my ear so that I can hear the person talk to me.

Phone Software: The phone is notorious for not being able to read the SD card. Whatever I have had stored in play lists, I am constantly forced to remake one. While on the topic of play lists, each can only hold 30 songs... you are forced to have multiple play lists. The movie player does NOT recognize most convenient formats; no wma, avi, mpg and so on.

Games: Still has the same bogus "RPG" from the T319. Delete it for extra space, delete the demos too, they kind of sucker you into buying them rather than let you exit the game.

The Slide: Not always easy to slide up. There really isn't any leverage for the thumb to flick it upwards either, so I'm forced to use my finger nail to flick it open (right next to the T-Mobile logo)

What to like about it:

It has the option to use a micro SD card. I have a 2 GB card that I use to store a tasteful wallpaper, and my music along with several edited songs for ring tones. Say goodbye to buying ringtones!

Screen resolution is fairly nice, its too bad the camera is only 1.3 mega pixels, but its a huge improvement from my T319 that I am used to.

Texting: Was a challenge at first because of the QWERTY setup, but thats why I wanted the phone. Soon as you adapt to the setup, its easy to text. You cant text fast though, for some reason the phone seems to lag... resulting in scrambled characters such as "2364"1". Those of you who have the phone know exactly what I'm talking about.

Overall: Not a bad phone. Tmobile is sending me a new battery, so hopefully I had a faulty one, otherwise this phone isn't worth having with the extremely low battery life.

Pros:  nice look, great Features, and good price

Cons:  typing takes time to get used to but once you do it's fun i personal like the phone i had a sidekick 3 and it had no good Features. The blast camer is way better and the mp3 in better to me im not a fan of big phones when little phones can do the same and better things.

Pros:  Easy to use, Good Weight, Great Texting

Cons:  Battery Life not great A good phone. I upgraded from the stripe and have always liked Samsung Phones. The phone is not too heavy or too light. Fits in my pockets well. Very easy to use and all the features of a Samsung. The battery life could be better. I do charge it at least 3 times a week. The volume is pretty good. A little hard to get used to compared to the clam shell phones but it gets easier as time goes by. Samsung finally combined the ringer with the vibration alert like the Nokia's do.

Pros:  Nice sleek style, high quality camera, cool apps.

Cons:  Battery life sucks, build seems a little fragile, speaker phone isn't that loud Had a T629 broke it, insurance company sent me the T729(Blast). At first I really liked, it looks pretty cool (red on black), like the big screen, like the key board similar to the blackberry pearl. The phone also has a really good camera. A couple things could be better, the battery will only last me 12 hours on a really good day, the phone seems to be built a little poorly my old T629 was very solid and slid up and down really smoothly, on this phone you have to push up and down a little harder and when the screen is in the up position it will wobble a little from side to side. The speaker phone isn’t very loud and unlike the T629 the Blast doesn’t have a separate speaker as far as I can tell. Another problem I had, but this may just be with my phone, is that when I insert my micro sd card into the phone and try to access the files i.e. Mp3’s, photos, etc, it won’t always pick it up sometimes it will just say memory card empty, but again it may just be my phone. Overall from 1-10 I would give the phone a 6 pretty nifty, but could be better.

Pros:  easy to use phone

Cons:  be gentle and not to break DO to sliding feature I love my blast just got it on saturday and let me tell you well worth my time and money. I love the features on this phone and how it works and how clear my ringtones play on the phone and the sliding sounds and the keyboard is awesome. Alot of people dont own this phone cause they are so hooked on the sidekick but been there done that. I think if you want to be different this is the way to go tmobile did it up with this phone. Yeahhhhhhh for the blast! Go get yours ASAP!!!!!
