Pros:
Features |
| Cons:
fingerprints, smudges and 3g video quality This phone is one of the best phones you'll ever see. It has a ipod like scroll wheel and has a light that goes around it as you spin it. The phone basically can serve you as an ipod nano with the right equipment like micros sd cards and music essentials kit. The phone is easy to navigate and has a great small but advanced design. The cons of the phone are 3g video quality and it phone attracts fingerprints and smudges like crazy. But with cloths and whats i use windex it will look good as new.

Pros:
Great Camera , MP3 Player , Navigation Wheel |
| Cons:
Gets smudges easily , hard to keep clean. I love this phone it is great!!! The camera is great and the MP3 player could be compared to an iPod.The Black Cherry is a very pretty color and sparkles when the sun hits it just right. The only problem I have with it is that it smudges easily and is hard to keep clean.

Pros:
mp3 player, ease of use, small & light, slide |
| Cons:
smudges easily, small buttons I went into the Verizon store to look another phone to make sure it was the one I wanted and thought the Chocolate was too flashy until I tried it. The user interface got me first, followed by the wheel and slide functions, and I knew this was the phone for me. Due to receiving a promotional flyer I called phone sales and got an AWESOME salesman who was very straight with me and hooked me up with good information and promotions - I got the phone for free (new every two) and the 4GB music kit for dirt cheap. If you're looking, his name is Matt and I highly recommend him (866-745-4679, ext. 9537). Especially if you're a gadget geek like me, you will love this phone. As for smudges and small buttons, the smudges are gone with a swipe across the pants (try washing your hands too) and I'm getting used to the small buttons but I have small hands. Small sacrifices for a great phone. I'm not sure about the battery yet - I lost a bar after a day of use but I was playing music and using Bluetooth, so I'm planning on doing some further testing. I'm not too worried though because if the battery is defective (everyone rates this battery as being good), I'm sure Matt will take care of it. The camera seems average for a cell phone and I haven't tried video yet. Overall, the design of this phone was very well thought out and it perfoms as you would expect it to. Plus, it makes my sister jealous. ;-)

Pros:
touch keys work better, end button in front, |
| Cons:
none so far I had a chocolate (vx8500) from verizon and I bought it the day it came out for full price (very expensive).I never had any problems with it. It was worn out and my cotract expired 1 week before this new chocolate came out, so I eagerly waited and when I went to the verizon store, I bought it and the 4gb card and the music essentials kit for a little over $250.00. I never bought the music essentials kit for the other chocolate, and when I used it with this one I said, I never would have thought that this chocolate mp3 player was easier to use than my ipod nano. The phone overall is great and is a good upgrade from the vx8550. It is recommended to everyone who experienced problems with the first chocolate

Pros:
Smooth Action Click Wheel |
Cons:
Size of keys LG has corrected the majority of problems that plagued the first Generation Chocholate. First, the click wheel is now a true click wheel. The front soft keys are no longer send and end, but now speaker and clear. The automatic lock function is perfect when set to lock automatic on the closing of the phone.
The problems are that when they took the send and end key of the front/top of the slide, they made the keys on the keypad even smaller than they were before, making dialing/texting a harder if you have either long fingernails or fat fingers/thumbs. Another problem that I have encountered is that the battery lasts just over 16 hours of life, however it does recharge in a shorter amount of time than the previous generation.
Overall I do like this phone. I do recomend this and have to my sister-in-law.

Pros:
Screens, Music Player, Style |
| Cons:
Navigation Wheel tricky, smudges This is by far the best phone I've ever owned. The flash screen is sooo cool and the colors are super bright. The music player is awesome. The only draw back is that it takes a minute to get used to the navigational wheel. You can click up or down if you don't like to spin the wheel. But the wheel has a pulse to it as you turn so that's also cool. The outside also smudges a lot with finger and palm prints. It's really hard to keep it clean. But the phone is soooo cool. I definitely recommend it
