Pros:
TONS of features |
| Cons:
Battery Life I have never owned a smart phone before this one, but it is worth it. I love the ease and capabilities of this phone. My only complaint is that the battery seems to drain anytime I do anything on it (listen to the mp3 player etc.). But all in all it's a good investment.

Pros:
Compatible with mainstream business platforms like Exchange. |
Cons:
Won't get you "oohed" and "awed" like an iPhone. If you're a professional like me who needs more than a "pretty" phone, then take a look at the HTC Touch. Unlike the iPhone it will connect with my MS Exchange server, enabling it's awesome direct-push technology.
The custom software from HTC that is touch enabled makes the most common tasks for a phone/PDA device easily accessible via simple flick movements.
Where other PDA phones I've used fall short is in call and phone function quality. Not so with the HTC touch. Calls are crisp and clear, with the built in speaker making everything sound good.
Simply put, the HTC Touch is easily the best phone I've ever had.

Pros:
Touch screen and size |

| Cons:
Locks up/Resets itself/Low Batt. Life ETC. This phone continued to lock up, reset itself while it was lying untouched on my desk, and I couldn't be online for more than a few minutes or send more than a few texts before the battery needed a recharge. I bought the first one in May '08, replaced it twice within the 15 day period offered by Alltel, and twice more under the warranty before finally changing the fifth one to the new HTC Touch Diamond at the end of October, at which time I was informed of several customers who had nothing but problems with the HTC Touch. Both the Touch and the Diamond would be improved by easier customization of the home screen. For the price, HTC should be a MUCH smarter phone.

Pros:
Internet, Messaging, Video, MP3, Camera |
Cons:
Not adaptable with Apple computers, battery life lasts about a day. This phone has more technology and options than I know what to do with right now. But that is great! I know over time I'll learn how to access everything and appreciate all of the tools. Just be ready to spend some time learning how to use your phone because it is basically a new miniature computer. It is an excellent phone though. It is not difficult to use, but is probably more technology than a young teenager or child needs and is not good for someone seeking simplicity. My name is Cait, I'm 18, and I'm a college student at University of Oregon.

Pros:
Stylish, Many Features |
Cons:
Not Friendly to the texters The HTC Touch is very stylish but it is not enough to want to keep this phone. Has many defects like freezing often and having to remove the battery to restart the phone. Screen defects such as only showing half the number when a caller calls. Many annoying sounds that cant be silenced unless you silence the whole phone such as the sent text confermation. Also noticed I am never able to end a phone call before the other person does. The HTC Touch makes sure my next phone is not a touch phone or a HTC for that matter,

Low battery life This phone is horrible. I believe this is the worst phone Sprint has ever made. I had to have the phone replaced three times. The phone dropped calls consistently. Calls people when your face touches different buttons. The battery life will not allow you to use it for more than an hour. You must keep your charger car/wall with you at all times. After my third HTC messed up I got the HTC Touch Diamond and I must say that one is not any better and the battery life is worse. There phone uses too many applications at one time and you have to consistently close all of them after you touch the phone or they will keep going and cause the battery to die even quicker.

Great Accessory to make you look hip |

| Cons:
Everything else Bought this phone to replace my Blackberry. Touch screen would wander if not locked, and would then freeze up when I unlocked it. Had to take off battery and reset phone. Battery drained to quick. Not at all user friendly in the contacts book. To hard to scroll thru. To bulky without the bluetooth. Texting was tough with small keyboard that would randomly pick up letters as you typed. Overall, not worth the money. Sold it on Ebay for $100. New from sprint with rebates in now only about $50.

Cons:
Battery life for my heavy usage I bought this phone in December 07 and I absently love it. You can't event imagine what you can do with this phone when you buy it and that's a part of it. I use this phone to automatically sync with my cop may exchange server to receive email, contact list, calendar events and tasks, in ex' I can select a picture for a contact in outlook on my office computer and 2 second later it's in my contact list on my phone. If your company don't have an exchange server, they phone will sync via USB connection or Bluetooth with your PC. This phone is also my MP3 player, I download all my music to the external micro SD card, I have a 4gb one buy you can buy even 8gb card today. I use a stereo Bluetooth headset the S9 from Motorola for both music and phone calls. The part I absolutely love the most is the ability to download all kind of software for this phone for free!!! I downloaded Games, Wallpapers, Ringtones, Theme. You can change the look of the phone according to your mood without paying extra$$$ for each feature, the phone is totally customizable. I recently download some plug-in, I can now watch YouTube and any other streaming videos on my phone. That is in addition to the Sprint TV free service I get from Sprint. Bottom line, after having this phone I won't go back to any other phone unless it's an upgrade of this phone.
