stock processor was a little slow, til the upgrade Love my T61 ThinkPad. Its cool, clean, smart, easy, durable, responsive, all of the above. It was made for me. I'll stay in the family. I believe in IBM.

Cons:
Price/performance If this is like all the other Lenovo laptops, it will be sooooo full of 'bloatware' it will take 10 to 20 minutes to boot up and be usable. Then one will spin an extrordinary amount of time clicking 'OK' to the hundreds of little popup windows that are asking the user if they REALLY want this next program to run. Vista and Symantec will drive you crazy with questions. Save some money and get a Dell or Acer.
Also, most Lenovos only have 1GB of RAM. Vista uses all that and more. Without a pagefile on the disk, it gets very slow. I saw a Dell the other day with 4GB of RAM with all the other bells and whistles for around $400.

| Cons:
battery life is a little short, not a gaming graphics I have uesed this T61 for 3 months. Everything is great, the body is always cool. You can hardly hear noise from the fan. Vista made the speed slow :( But when I upgrade to 3G momery by myself for only 60 bucks, it is much better. Very good computer, highly recommend!
