Motorola RAZR2 V9 Cell Phone

Product Description

The sleeker, smarter, stronger RAZR2 V9 is an exciting evolution of the RAZR brand. With mesmerizing appearance and a new, richer multimedia experience, RAZR2 V9 is the ultimate stylish feature phone.

Sleek and Chic

The RAZR2 V9 defines the next trend in 3G. Its stainless steel frame make this svelte handset durable and resilient - helping to ensure an ultra-thin shape with a strong structure. Its composing materials include vacuum metal finishes and two-tone soft touch housing that will inspire unending envy. At 2.0", the RAZR2 V9 boasts the largest external screen in its class, enabling its owners to play music via touch-sensitive music keys, without ever opening the phone.

See What I See

Consumers can share their video instantaneously with the revolutionary "See What I See" capability, where users can stream live video footage to another wireless customer while a call is in progress. And owners can watch the video on the RAZR2 V9's large internal screen with twice the resolution of the original RAZR. Consumers can also get the best shot with a 2.0 megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom.

Stand Out in a Crowd

With its fabulous good looks and incredibly innovative CrystalTalkTM technology - automatically accounting for background noise and adjusting the audio to match the ambient volume - consumers will be heard in a crowd. HSDPA 3.6 Mbps technology helps connect users to the Internet at broadband-like speeds, like DSL in your pocket. RAZR2 V9's integrated digital music player supports a wide variety of audio formats, so consumers can bring the party wherever they go.

Pros:  Signal one of the best !

Cons:  None I had a Cingular 2125 and loved the Smartphone customizable features but hated to poor signal and call quality. Replaced it with Motorazr2 V9 but missed the "smartphone" features, so I swapped it for an iphone. Took the iphone back within two hours. Hardly any signal, and the mobile web browsing on edge was awful! Renders it almost useless or at least frustrating. Too bad Iphone doesn't have 3G. Swapped it for Motorola Q Global thinking Motorola's signal might be better. Not! Plus the Q didn't keep a 3G signal and had poor call quality. I almost ran back to AT&T the next day to get the V9 back. It hangs onto the 3G signal real well, has really FAST mobile browsing and is easy to handle and work through the menu options. It has awesome call quality and signal quality. The best! The external speakers are very clear, and I loved the one touch speakerphone button option.

Pros:  simply the best

Cons:  a touch more battery life would be nice I've had 5 different cell phone. This is the one I've been waiting for. Clear and sharp voices, verywell built, very easy to use, manual is great and easy to follow. Camera takes the best picture of all the phones I've had. It is not to replace your digital camera but does a very good job when that quick shot is needed. The digital 8x zoom is great for that far off shot. The camera is very classie. Great Job Motorola!!

Pros:  great sound/ great features/ good looking/ solid phone

Cons:  battery goes down too fast..also will not re-charge I have had to replace this phone
the third time.. due to the battery
not being able to re-charge...
although I love the phone.. this is
a terrible problem.... to have to re place the phone these many times.
Am I the only one with this problem?
I have never dropped the phone..
or had any water damage.. but I do use the phone alot.. and I would like it to be able to save more numbers to my sim card...
this problem is not my battery
but its in the phone or the connecton
part to the battery charger.. I dont know.. but I hate to buy another phone.. cause of the sound quality of this phone is so good.

Ratings:  4 out of 5
Pros:  Sleek style, thin, awesome screen display

Cons:  POOR battery life, software locks up occasionally requiring a reset This is by far the best Razor yet. The video quality is superb and it actually works well as a phone unlike many phones I have owned. I am disappointed with the battery life and have opted for an extended battery and larger back door cover on mine. I have had a couple of issues with the software locking up, which required pulling the battery and re-entering all my settings. It only has one input, so using a charger and a wired headset at the same time is not possible.
