Pros:  Long record time, Super picture, Easy to use

Cons:  No hdmi cable, small buttons, exposed port jack on bottom. This camera has a great picture when hooked up to your HD TV. The record time is about 12 hours but the battery only lasts two hours so buy a back up. You will probobly have to order the HDMI cable from Sony $ 49.00. Compatable with Vista. Good low lite picture. Good still photo's. Holds 200-300 with chip. Good as my Nikon. No view finder but easy to use with flip screen. Good for commercial work. Would buy this camcorder again.

Pros:  Beautiful video

Cons:  No easy way to burn directly to Blue Ray disc Wake up Sony, make software to enable your products (Camcorders) to burn directly to your blue ray disc without added complexity. Enable user to share video by burning blue ray disc. JVC almost got it right with their Envireo series. The JVC combo easily makes a high def disk that can only be viewd by/on the envireo burner- not good.
