Pros:  It keeps your phone upright

Cons:  That's all it does I bought this stand at the same time I bought the Blackberry charging pod. After comparing this to the charging pod I want to throw it away.

All this stand does is keep your phone upright. There are holes in the back that allow you to pull the charging cord through, but they are pointless because Blackberry's charge by plugging them into the top of the phone, not the bottom. Stupid design.

The charging pod is cool because you plug your charger into the back of the pod and when you want to charge your phone, you just sit it in the pod. Voila! Now that's ingenious. Keeps your phone upright and allows your charge your phone w/out plugging it in. Only costs about $25 (including s&h).
