No bells and whistles... but who really looks for a speaker/mic in their Monitor anyways? Simply put, this is the best monitor I have ever laid my hands on. The 2 MS reponse time is perfefct for gaming, I have not seen ANY ghosting what so ever. Any game that runs on a Native Wide Screen resolution simply looks beautiful.
My monitor came with 2 dead pixels which are only noticeable when you are looking for them on an all black screen. Although I would like a "perfect" monitor, the two dead pixels hardly effects my gaming/websurfing/working at all.
Before you go out and buy this monitor, make sure you have one that can support its native resolution. I'm running off a Geforce 8800 GTS 640mb and everything looks great. My wife was amazed at the level of detail when playing WoW.
It may be a while before everyone support Widescreen monitors for their games/applications, but when they do, if you want a no hassle great monitor for the buck, you cant go wrong with this beauty.

backlight went out My backlight went out on my monitor within a year(from may to jan) which is really upsetting when you spend so much for it and it just doesn't last. i hope the issue isn't a widespread one and i was an isolated incident.

Display Technology TFT active matrix
See it!! It'd all thing of a best product in this HM area (HighTech Monitor). Resolution's great, in norman, you just only use M from 1024x768 to 1600x1200. LCD's new style and more useful than CRT. Response Time's amazing 2/10^3s (so little!). Contrast's great, too (no more say about that). TFT active matrix's excilent tech for high quality image and display speed.
Highly recomment it for professional and corporation planning. (This recomment're often show in my review if the product're so great as this).
