The lack of signal of the phone is bad It seems like the SYNC has everything a phone would need, including an excellent color, camera, and bluetooth. An excellent phone to have!

Cons:
none I have been a Nokia fan for years and have been very leary of using a different brand because I've heard so many horror stories about other brands. But, I have to say that I LOVE my new Samsung Sync. The screen is extremely clear & easy to read, the buttons are exactly the right size for me (not too big, not too small). I have had NO trouble with reception and live in a fairly remote area. It's easy for a 40 year old to use, but cool enough that my 12 year old now wants one just like it.
Good job, Samsung!

Cons:
It doesn't come with a USB Cable I hesitated at first before I recently bought this Samsung Sync because it has so many features that I'm afraid I'm not able to navigate or use the features on this phone.
So far, it has been easy to use. I love the MP3 player. When I take pictures, it's like digital camera quality. I love the style and fits in my pocket quite nicely.
I text message very often so whenever I recieve/send a text message on this phone, it's fairly quickly. And the large key pads is a plus since I'm able to text faster.
I was dissapointed that it didn't come with a USB cable. But other than that, this phone is fun to have and I'm sure many others who own this phone will agree.

| Cons:
No signal most of the time, no external screen, lousy choice in music, hard to download songs If I were you and looking for a phone, I would run as fast as I could from this one! The thing loses its signal from one room to the next, the battery life is short, i have to recharge mid day with light useage, there is no outer screen to check the time etc... & if you dial a number before the phone is ready, it calls directory assistance! inside light goes off quickly so if ya text alot this could be an issue...Hope I helped at least 1 person!

Finding out how to change the tones for recieving texts, importing music from computer to phone using the memory card I have gone through so many phones. Between normal use and having two kids they have all had malfunctions except for this one. I have had it for over a year now and haven't had a single problem. I love how easy it is to text and use the calling features. The pictures come out great and I love that you can do effects to them like black and white and sepia. The video recordings also come out perfect when uploaded onto the computer. I absolutly love this phone.

None I love this phone. I always look online to find the perfect phone. Everytime I thing I have found the perfect one I always go back to My Sync. There is no other phone that compares to the Sync.

slow on calling, bad connection its is an easy flip phone for anyone, it looks good and has quick internet and txt messaging
but it is slow when u dial a number and call someone and has bad connection in a few places

the older it gets the more horrible it gets I liked this phone alot when I first got it. It had alot of really cool features like the music ID and the MP3 player in it. But now that I have had the phone for a full year now it has really gone down in quality. I treat my phones really good, but no matter how hard i tried the front got all scrached up and ugly. I have opened and closed the phone so many times the buttons are stained on the screen. When I open the phone it has a really bad squeak. And the quality in the camera is awful now. Overall its a good phone for a short time but when that time is over it is horrible.
