Pros:  pretty

Cons:  fragile, battery life bad, needs to be upgraded well...I am on my 3rd or 4th...have to keep going back. Each time Verizon says maybe it needs a software upgrade, supposedly this phone needs that a lot but the company never lets me know. but usually that is not the problem and it does not fix the problems...the phone is very very fragile, chips super easily and the screen suddenly blanks out or freezes for no reason. My battery had to be replaced less than 6 months into owning the phone. I love the way this phone looks, but I am so worried about it breaking again. The most recent replacement has had the screen freezing thing again a few times and I am soooo not looking forward to haggling with Verizon again. They act like I throw this phone around! It is very frustrating. Something is wrong with the phone and how it is made. I have a feeling they will end up making a number 2 version and stop making this one because it is so flawed. If that happens maybe they will give me that one LOL I hope.

Pros:  Good Looking Phone....

Cons:  Poor Quality! No Joke.. I have had my phone for about 3-4 months now. Just like everyone else who has bought this phone, I replaced by phone about 3days after I got it and now Verizon will not replace. They say it needs an upgrade but lose all your information too at the same time. What is the point in buying a phone that has all the features but truly is worth a piece of crap. I recommend not going with Verizon because they suck in their service too. I dont my voice messages until a day or two later, the phone doesnt ring, and I cant open my text messages.

Get a totally different phone and go to someone else for the service other than Verizon!!

Not worth it, buy a different phone

Pros:  Sleek style, long battery life

Cons:  Phone has software problems My phone has ceased to ring after only three months of gentle use. I was never able to add ringtones, either. The battery life was pretty good, I only charged it about once a week, but the price I paid for the phone made me think it would have been better quality.
Don't buy it.

Pros:  Features I wanted

Cons:  Unreliable I bought this phone six months ago and felt like it was Christmas. I used the MP3, camera and logged over 200 hours of talk time with no problems. The battery would last three to four days on one charge. This past week trouble started in the phone supposedly not holding a charge for more than five hours, when the battery indicator showed a full charge and I would make or receive a call the chortle of impending battery death would start sounding in 3-5 minutes of the call. Indicator showed no charge but when I would let it drain completely to start over this thing keeps the whole low battery drama going for fifteen HOURS! By turning the phone off, prying the back off of the case, removing the battery then putting it all back together again suddenly the battery is aok.....until I try to make or receive a call then the whole drama begins again. Now I have a phone that I cannot trust to work when I need it.

Pros:  pretty and features

Cons:  poor battery and lots of technical problems since february, I have gone through 5 KRZRs because of problems. Luckily i have Verizon so i didnt have to pay for the replacments. The first one lasted for a couple of months, but soon, the battery wouldnt last for more than a couple of hours. The second one had the same problem. My third and fourth, for no reason at all, just wouldnt turn on one day. All of this with gentle care.

Pros:  Looks cool in the box

Cons:  smudgy, calls and texts days later, bad battery life When I first received the phone, I was pretty excited to have an mp3 player and a longer battery life than my previous phone. Once I began to use it, I quickly discovered the phone is all hype. I have to charge it every night because it goes dead. Calls and texts can take 24 hours to reach me. It rings...occassionally. I am on my third one, and each one had similar problems. Tomorrow I am getting a new phone! I would like one that can last for several days and rings when someone calls. I don't think that's too much to ask.
