Pros:
Getting content off the PC to free up space |

Cons:
No HD for video or T.V. I was so happy to get my Apple TV but I have had a lot of issues. First connecting wireless, if I am on wireless the Apple TV does not list in iTunes plus I had to turn off my WAP or security code to get on wireless. So at this point I have to use the cable to connect. I called Apple and went over all the steps still nothing when on wireless.
The Apple TV runs a little too warm, there is no function to cut it on and off. I am very unhappy about the video not being in HD quality. Also I was thinking that you could sync up to 6 computer but that is not the case. Only can sync one and scream the others. Its great for the music and see the album art work and looking at your photo if you have them in a high pic format.
It took over 5 to 6 hours to get everything onto the apple TV. If I could get the wireless setting going I would have given a little higher review.
For Apple TV to get the big wow!! for me is to be able to have an monthly account to view shows and movies with downloading them and taking up space on my laptop, and have them in HD.

Pros:
easy to use, features, integration |
|
|
|
| Cons:
should have a larger HD I have only had it one day and I love it. If you have a desire to unlock all that digital content on your Mac or PC this is the device to do it. I have tried media center PC's, other media servers, and streamers but this is the only device that just plain works with no fuss. It is amazing!!!!

Cons:
box gets HOT; small capacity HD, no native HiDef This boz is one of my favorite livingroom assets. I take a ton of photos and love looking at them and sharing them with friends on my 42" plasma via AppleTV.
Love to stream movies from iTunes and the hard drive is large enough to store some movies on if you want to take AppleTV with you to a friend's house or a hotel.
The new YouTube integration is awesome. Some friends and I spent hours one night drinking wine and sharing some of the gems we each found on YouTube... and it was a lot more comfortable than gathering around the computer.
The only thing that I would like to have seen was tighter integration with iPhoto. Because I maintain several iPhoto libraries, I sync my AppleTV photos aot directory of images exported from my various iPhoto Libraries. Unfortunately, this is a but redundant, becuse I have duplicated my favorite photos to put them in this sync folder.
If you're into photography and cool gadgetry, I highly recommend you get one of these.

Pros:
Everything. |

Cons:
Should intergrate cable/satellite may be? I can't say much it speaks for it self. I do wish Apple Inc. would create the whole home package where you can buy the works in one package.
How great is this! I am very happy that they have chosen to stay away from the gaming industry unlike some people we know. Once again, as they did with the PC, the iPod, and now the iPhone Apple leads the way in brake throughs
