Pros:  Looks nice

Cons:  After use battery dies quickly and after a year charges state that it is an unauthorized charger We bought 3 phones of the same style only in different colors. We were pretty happy with our purchase at first. Then after a couple of months of use, the batteries starting dying quickly. The latest trick was the verizon chargers that came with the phones are now "unauthorized" when we plug the phones into them. We have not gotten any satisfaction from anyone on this matter. I paid a good amount for each one of them and now we had to switch back to the phones we had prior to our contract expiration. Otherwise, it would cost an arm and leg to purchase each phone for the 3 of us.

Battery Life stinks

Pros:  Small, easy to use

Cons:  MAJOR technical issues I've had this phone for about 8 months now (the white version). I had the phone for a week and had to take it back and exchange it because the sound had gone out and I couldn't hear my phone ring. This phone will consistently turn itself off and back on without me touching it...even when I'm mid-conversation it will often shut down while showing full-battery life. It freezes up and has to be restarted at least twice a day. The camera takes fuzzy, green hued photos. Overall this was a TERRIBLE investment in something that looked like a neat little phone.

Overall, it was awful.

Pros:  sleek style, ease of use

Cons:  bad software, short battery life The phone was easy to use, comfortable, and very durable... It worked beautifully at first... but within a few weeks the music player stopped working and once it started working again it wouldn't sync up to my computer. Then the phone would freeze, turn off and power up again every few seconds. I had a refurbished one sent to me, but it did the same thing and would pick up towers from another carrier so I kept the old one. It started working fine and then the battery started going dead a lot quicker. I turned the phone off to let it charge and it would say charge complete, but when I turned it back on it would be completely dead within 5 minutes. When I asked about it I was told that it was the phone, not the battery and it would be a waste of money to buy a new battery... so I got an LG. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in getting a KRZR, not to do it. Get something else, for your own sake.
