Pros:  Loud, crystal clear, compact, lightweight & stylish

Cons:  Some folks can't keep it in their ears. After suffering through the use of several bluetooth headsets, I finally found the winner. This headset is the ultimate in comfort and sound quality without spending a grip for one of those "high-end" devices that may or may not sound as good. The biggest complaint I have heard from other users of this little guy is that they can't keep it in their ear. At first, I was no exception to that complaint, and actually went out and bought ear gels for it. The ear gels were very comfortable, but they muffled the sound quality, so I went back to the original piece. Eventually, after repositioning the little loop several times, I found my comfort zone. I need to have the loop on the bottom instead of the 2 o'clock position, and BINGO...extreme comfort and no more fall out. It just takes some experimenting. That being said, in my experience, this headset has superb sound even in noisy enviroments. No one has complained that they can't hear me. I highly recommed this headset!

Pros:  You're not going to buy another Headeset

Cons:  So Small, I misplace it sometimes This the best Headset I've owned. I used to have a Plantronics Headset and this one by far beats it. The ear fits perfectly and the sound quality is great. Sometimes I forget I'm wearing it and the range is very good. I put my cell phone on my desk and can walk around the room talking and having my hands free to do work. The price is fantastic, you can probably get one for under $40, shop around on the net.

Pros:  Easy to use once to figure it out.

Cons:  No ear hook This product was very hard to keep in my ear due to there being no ear hook. And when it was in my ear it was rather uncomfortable. The kit came with addional replacements just incase the one that came already on the device was too small. I would really suggest if you want one of these products to get one with a ear hook.

Pros:  Comfortable and easy to use

Cons:  Not compatible with my phone LG VX8600. I purchased this Bluetooth from my Alltel corporate store. Was able to get it to connect initially, made one phone call, it disconnected and then would not reconnect no matter what I tried. Took it back to the dealer who reinstalled it - left the store and drove 2 miles - it disconnected and would not reconnect. I was really disappointed with having to take it back as I was looking for something small and comfortable and this seemed like it was going to fit the bill.

After many tries this one is the best Ive tried.

Pros:  Easy to used earbud. Doesn't fall out. Great sound quality.

Cons:  Hard to get used to earbud. Hurts a little at first. I have demo'd many different headsets and this is the one by far. I demo'd two by Motorolla one by Platronics and one by Nokia. I have found that this one beats them all in every catagory. The price is right for under 100 dollars. I paid 42 on Amazon. The ear bud is hard to get used to at first and kinda hurts but that goes away after the first few days. I don't even realize it is in. This headset is especially good if you wear glasses. The multifunction button is easy to find and push. Buy this headset I do not think you will be dissapointed.

Better than wired ear piece

Pros:  Closer fit to ear

Cons:  Expensive I bought a ear piece from Verizon for my phone. The piece does not stay in my year and I need to keep push and keep the mike on my mouth for good sound quality. This WEP 200 stays in ear because of special ear plug design. It gave a good sound even in my noisy car. Other party was very happy because she can hear me good. At last I can free my hand for my driving instead of holding the ear piece.
