Does not support some regular formats of video (mp4, mpeg 1) I bought my archos while I was bored at Best Buy one evening just browsing. For about the cost of an iPod (which everyone has anyway!) you can get the Acrhos. I love that it functions as an external hard drive if you want it to. Also it has a very bright screen thats just big enough to share videos with friends but still be comfortable in your pocket. I would strongly recommend purchasing the Archos instead of another iPod.

Cons:
To large I love this product. I purchsed this product to replace my ipod that I had outgrown. I wanted something that could do it all including movies without paying for the downloads. I also purchased the dvr adaptor. I love the fact that I can record my television shows and movies, because I do not have time to watch them at home and I travel a lot so this was perfect when I am on the airplane. With this device I can watch my tv shows, movies, record video and listen to my music anywhere. I can also store my picturers.
The only problem is I still have to use my old ipod for my music when I am working out because this device is to large. And I cannot use my old ipod equipment with it. Although I can watch the video when I am on the treadmill.

malfunction in my USB and no one can help me I got this for Mother's Day from my daughter and I love it, but my USB card will not read, I get an error message and I contacted the support area and no one could help me so my daughter said she will take the whole thing back when she come in town next month, but I don't want her to I have been going to Wal mart every weekend and no one have what I need? My daughter don't think I should buy one since I have only started using it two weeks ago.
