Pros:  easy to install and works very well		  
Cons:  none that i've come across It was so intuitive I didn't need the directions - except to open the drive case. Loaded the software and selected "expert" since I wanted to copy drive to a drive of a different size - followed a couple of very simple instructions and 37 minutes later I had copied my 35 Gig HD flawlessly. It couldn't have been simpler. It's nice when a product works as promised - and great when it works better. Now I have a new laptop HD and a handy and fast external drive for backing up my data.
