Wall mounting difficult At about half the cost of their competitor, Uniden pulled together a great phone with some excellent, easy-to-use features. Highly recommend.

poor quality of the joystick i bought this product in february. after less than a month, the joystick wouldn't work properly. the down button doesn't work anymore due to always pressing the down to look at the phonebook. i returned and exchanged it. then a little over a month later, the same thing happened. now i'm on my 3rd one hoping that it would not do it again. this time, i put the # that i use the most to the end of the alphabet so that i can use the up button instead. i also called uniden and they would only exchange it for a refurbished one and i have to pay the shipping to and back. if that was the case, it would be cheaper if i just return/exchange it at the store. good thing they allowed exchange even though it was over 30 days. but what if it was over 6 months? clearly, there is something wrong w/ how the joystick was made. it is poor quality. they should modify this feature of the phone.
