Pros:
Printer, scanner, fax machine, copier -- color! |

Cons:
It automatically starts an application on your PC... My wife went out to the Wal-Mart to buy a printer cartridge and came home with this Hewlett-Packard printer, scanner, blah blah blah. Honestly, I was kind of angry -- it costs 75 bucks. This little power house has all the advantages of a small office packed into one compact, quiet, handsome looking device. We operate a small company from our home and this piece of equipment makes us look very professional. Using one phone line we can receive faxes -- it seems to know when a fax is coming in, as opposed to a voice call. This scanner works great -- we can scan right into paint, print shop or any other program we have. It works standalone (with your PC shut off) or in conjunction the power of your computer. Only a few years ago, all these features would cost several hundred dollars -- and one or more of these devices would be broken down at any given day when you needed it. Hewlett-Packard is a name we can count on, and we do -- we use it every day. It has been a real delight to own.

Pros:
Powerful Scanner, Small in Size, and Great Printing |
| Cons:
Slow Scanning, Low density Cartridges I was looking for a multifunction printer, and found 5610 affordable and satisfying. As a student, I needed a good and hard working Scanner and printer at home, and I searched a lot, compared to other devices of this kind, this one is great. Although I am sure I will sure run out of ink soon, but considering its price, beautiful design, and functions, it gives more than what I expected from a printer and I am so happy for buying it.

Pros:
Powerful Scanner, Great Printer |
| Cons:
Low Density Cartridges Although 5610 is part of HP's Office family, as a student, I enjoyed it very much at home. It has all the features I was looking for in a printer/fax/copier/scanner. It is small, beautifully designed, and has a reasonable price. Compared to other all in one products, it has a powerful scanner. Inability to print both sides of a paper automatically, low density cartidges are some negative points of this device but it has enough positive points and features to overlook its few shortcomings. I recommend it to students in particular and home users generally. It is a very good product, it will satisfy your daily needs.
