Pros:
Can use same bluetooth headset from my mobile phone |

Cons:
software crashes my computer and there is no support from Uniden I like the integration of land and mobile phone service in one unit. Especially like that my bluetooth headset for my mobile phone also works with the ELBT595 handset. I find it frustrating that you cannot transfer phonebook information from one ELBT595 handset to another EXL500 accessory handset. This seem odd since both support bluetooth. The phone and PC software is very awkward to use and connecting the phone via USB causes computer to reboot. Cannot connect to PC via Bluetooth to upload phone numbers. Uniden offers no support for the software or phones. You cannot download the PC software from their web site, so don't lose or scratch the CD-ROM that comes with the phone.

Pros:
Bluetooth baby! |

Cons:
Can't think of one I got my phone off eBay and despite the fact that the phone arrived dirtier than a homeless man in a sandstorm, the phone was to my liking.
Setting up the bluetooth was a snap ans I was able to pair it easily with my headset and cellphone. It works seemless with both.
Although the handset doesn't automatically download your contacts from outlook to the phone, you are able to choose which contacts you want to incorporate into the handset, which isn't too bad since I don't call all of them anyway.
The design will be the envy of all your friends, even if it does feel a little flimsy, it's still an excellent alternative to the regular cordless phone look. If you're a fan of bluetooth then you have to get this. Keep your cellphone plugged in all the time and just carry this around the house. Mind you you can't send text messages with it, and if you stray too far prom the base, it won't work. Remember it is not a replacement cell phone.
