Pros:
Incredible pricing w/built-in duplex! Superb color quality, accuracy, and pricing of consumables. Perfect size, design, smooth lines and ease of operation! Management software is great! |
| Cons:
None for the printer itself. Extra paper tray cost nearly the same as the printer! For what I payed for my networked model, is has paid for itself in doing double sided, business cards, and all the like without the worries of water effecting prints like you do with inkjets! I can't see ever getting another inkjet printer after getting this! Tpricing and availability of toners shocked me at how inexpensive they are, and their high capacity!Wow, it's opened up a whole new realm of printing for my business! I have both the network and the USB operating simultaneously too! What a deal! Can't wait for the 11x17 version!

Pros:
Features: duplexing, booklets, multi-pages up, quiet |
| Cons:
Print quality is about the same as inkjet Having read all of the reviews I could find on the net, I was a bit concerned about this purchase. Now an owner, I can recomend it. It doesn't have the cleanist or most crisp text print quality, but it matches the quality of my high-end inkjets for less pennies per page and without smudging. This printer replaced an HP 4550 Color laser and overall I am satisfied with the trade. Features are the most outstanding for a printer in this price range. I paid $279.00 at Best Buy after a $100 rebate from Samsung. A little difficult to unpack, untape, and setup, but if you take your time and follow the setup diagram, it goes fine.

Pros:
Everything |

| Cons:
Big, but hardly a con as lasers are ALL big. I can't believe anybody writes a bad review about this printer. It arrived and I had it set up and running in 15 minutes. The text is perfect, the photos are AT LEAST as good as inkjets if not better!!! The price is awesome. Don't believe all the sub-par reviews. This is the best printer I've owned by far. No more $30-$50 forked out every month for more ink cartridges!! Buy it, you'll love it.

Price, duplexing, great print quality @1200dpi |

| Cons:
Took about two tries to figure out the duplexing feature Created a brochure and it looks awesome. Print shop quality without driving$ and the cost. Customer/potential customers asking where i got the brochure done. I proudly said "I printed it with this Samsung!"

Pros:
it prints...sometimes |
| Cons:
it doesn't print most of the time I love this printer. It constantly reports that it has different errors which prevent it from successfully printing my work. When it does feel that it is able to attempt printing, it usually just ends up getting horribly jammed, or it might choose to overheat instead. Basically, this thing works when it wants to, which is about one-third of the time. I would reccommend it to my friends who have boring lives and would like a little bit of excitement to brighten up their workday.

Pros:
the color is ok |
| Cons:
after 2-3 pages are printed the whole damn thing jams It is a good day when our company can get this slow as molasses things to print. The feeding tray is useless. The printer has not been able to print 3 pages without jamming (from either paper feeder). This printer has a mind of it's own and by saying that I mean it will decide how much it feels like printing. For example it might only feel like printing half your page. Plus a really crappy feature is that it won't print in black and white if a color cartridge is out say the yellow toner even though the black is a new cartridge It just shuts down and won't print. this is very frustrating. So if you enjoy drama and constant headaches and want plenty of exercise getting up and down than this is the best printer for you!
